Technology Changing the Real Estate Market
Shalom Lamm and other real estate investors have been observing the changes that technology has brought upon the real estate industry with a great deal of interest. For brokers especially, the way that technology has changed the ways in which sellers and buyers communicate and interact, has changed their business entirely.
Back in the day , when technology was not yet developed, brokers and agents could not list their seller’s properties online and receive the type of feedback they’re able to get today. More over, investing in a public relations campaign to raise the profile of a broker in an effort to get more clients would have been unthinkable just a few years ago.
But we are now living in entirely different times. We now have a situation where brokers have brands of their own to cultivate. And indeed, it would be worthwhile for them to expend adequate resources in doing so. The upside of having a retail name as a broker in a competitive real estate market are tremendous, according to Shalom Lamm.
