Being in control of your body goes a long way to being in control of your emotions.
Aromatherapy can help you chill out by introducing calming aromas in the air. Having a gentle, clean scent usually goes a long way for emotional well being, even outside of crazy times. Essential oils aid with respiratory disinfection further aiding you physically and mentally. Choose a smell that is soothing to you, and try to keep it in any room you may be spending time in.
